The hotel was safe, affordable and had great amenities. The pool and breakfast were nice. The staff was helpful and attentive. They were doing upgrades to the property. I would Definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite the pain as every part of the building smelt of cigarettes, which strongly affected me since I have a sensitive nose. The staff who checked me in and eventually helped me to switch rooms were very kind and understanding, but the smell between the two rooms didn't change, and the headache I got from it was intense. Overall, I couldn't say I felt comfortable during my stay, but I'm positive there are other good rooms...

Let me preface this review by saying we happened to travel to Omaha the weekend of the College World Series. All of the chains I would normally have stayed at doubled and tripled their nightly rates. I have stayed at LaQuintas before, but this one was sorely lacking. Multiple ice machines broken, keycard building door broken, no tub stopper, tv remote didn't work, filthy shower curtain, AC was loud as hell. The mattresses were comfortable and breakfast was same as everywhere else and pretty good. The location was fine but not great. This was a really loud hotel. It was a really old LaQuinta but it has not been maintained well or updated. Staff was nice at the front desk.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend the entire night. I booked a king bed on the first floor with my pets and found the most disgusting infestation of bed bugs on the couches, and the beds. I packed as quickly as I could and brought physical evidence of the bugs to the front desk, where they did not seem surprised. Took some constant phone calls to get a refund. Be wary and be sure to check every piece of furniture in the room.
