When we first got there they got us a room we went up and someone was already in the room. Took them 30 mins to figure it out to get us a room. Then they had breakfast from 7-10 we when down at 830. And they didn’t refill anything so we went some where to get breakfast. 😩

Breakfast is terribly served. Raw food, and extremely slow service. Staff has a very “oh well” attitude. Our family of six ate without silverware and napkins. Bathroom door lock was broke on our bathroom when we arrived. I will say our stays are usually pleasant at Home2Suites, we felt it was just this particular location that is run down.
