This room was large with 2 queen beds, a sitting area with pullout couch and then a kitchenette with a full size dishwasher, 3/4 size frig and garbage disposal! The breakfasts were good. The BEST part was the climate controlled garage to park the car in!! This was especially good considering it snowed during the night the night before we left so we didn’t have to de-ice or brush off snow! There was excellent communication via text with the front desk staff and Angie checked on us multiple times. The only negative was that both USB chargers and the light by the closet were out. I let them know and they were eager to fix it (we opted to wait to have it fixed until we checked out). In general, I wish hotels would put some insulation between floors so you don’t hear kids running around the room above you.

Room appearance was very clean and nice. Things took a turn once we laid on the bed and a roach crawled out the pillow. Spoke to two front desk workers (Daniel & Angie) neither were aware of when management would show up or how to get in contact with anyone. Business is ran highly unprofessional, situation is still in the works of being handled.

We stayed in a suite and we loved the room size. The beds were fairly comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was very nice with 4 people. However, the room was not maintained very well. The room light in the master did not work, the kitchen table had a large chip in the top laminate covering, and the TVs had few working channels. We had to log into our own streaming account to watch TV. For the price of staying in a hotel, you should have TV channel options already included. The breakfast was awful. Most places have eggs/omlets, pancakes/waffles, fruit, cereal options, yogurts, baked goods, ham, and sausage links daily. They did not offer most of these options. We were told there was ham offered but we never saw any and we were down there no later than 1 hour after the start time. There were no pancakes, sasauge links, or baked goods offered at all. The limited options were not refilled regularly or sometimes not refilled at all. The food that was supposed to be warm was always cold. Also online we were told the pool was available, however when we arrived we were told the pool was still closed. This should have been updated online so people could find another hotel with a functioning pool. We were charged for parking. This is ridiculous! A person pays a lot of money to stay in a hotel so the least they could do is let you park for free where you ALREADY PAID for a room. It is not a small parking fee either! Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at this location.

Pretty good

We checked in after 9pm and had to use the door bell to get in. It felt very secure. There was a parking garage to park in so you didn’t have to park on the street, that was great. The floor plan of our room was spacious and very accommodating to a lot of situations. Breakfast was great! Lots of options! Only struggle, no hot tub, and the pool closed way too early. On Saturday it was closed before 10pm.

Breakfast is terrible. Everything is a sugar bomb and the only fresh fruit they offer is a red apple. During our four day stay our room wasn't cleaned once, even though there was a sign that said it would be cleaned every other day. At one point we asked the cleaning lady about our room and she said we weren't on her list so maybe tomorrow, but that never happened. We had to change our own trash and hunt for more towels. Location is convenient.

This has honestly been one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The pool was closed, and breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was almost no food out both mornings —no forks one morning, no milk (only strawberry milk), no apple juice, no bacon, no chicken, and no waffle mix until I asked. Even then, the waffle maker timer didn’t work. The only items available were biscuits, eggs, and sausage I jave stayed at this brand hotel before and I know theh usually offer more like the bacon and chicken and chessy eggs omlets and croissants. top of that, this trip was for my 4-year-old son’s birthday. THATS why a big part of why we booked here was for the pool, but I was not told it was closed until I arrived. I feel like guests should be notified of things like that ahead of time so we can make other hotel arrangements if needed. I was told I could go to hotel next door and use the pool at that hotel, if that was case I would just book a room there. In my room, there was no shampoo or body wash, and I had to ask housekeeping who was luckyily in the hallways to bring me more. I also requested extra pillows and was told there weren’t any, but the staff member didn’t even check before saying that. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating and far below expectations

Front Desk Staff was absolutely awful and hotel is more run down than shown in photos. Breakfast that is included in stay is barely edible. Once again front desk staff is absolutely awful they will do EVERYTHING in their power to make things difficult for you, inconvenience you, lie, and most importantly NOT HELP YOU.

We had a family member in the hospital next door and this location was very convenient. Ample parking. The room was very clean and well set up. Breakfast was very good. As for the Staff,each and every member of the staff we talked to were all so friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and i will recommend
