We are staying here with kids and the pool is cold. The hot tub is closed which is why i booked this hotel. When I called earlier to ask if they have a hot tub they said yes, but we got here to find it is closed and the person on the phone never told me that.

Hot tub was closed the whole weekend. Which was one reason we chose this hotel in the first place- to use the hot tub. Water was cloudy unless it sat for several minutes. This is very concerning. I put a black hair tie in a cup and couldn't see the hair tie at all when I filled the cup with water. VERY overripe bananas were put out for breakfast.

Clean room, good breakfast. Pool was nice for kids, but hot tub was out of order. Beds comfortable, but heard someone stomping above us a lot during middle of night. Gym had a few machines and some free weights.

The room is fine! Our stay was not! We called the hotel directly the day before we arrived to make sure pool/hot tub was working, and was told by the gentleman it was! Upon arrival I was informed pool was working- hot tub was not!!! Not what we were told when we called to verify working pool/hot tub! They lied to us is what makes me upset.We would have found somewhere else to stay. So disappointing
