Our stay was poor. The hotel is in a heavy construction zone and they put us in a room that was directly over the site. The construction literally started at 4:30 AM. It was so loud that sleep was impossible. The beeping was maddening. We stayed 3 nights and were exhausted. The sheets were too small and coming off the bed. We tried repeatedly to get the sheets to stay on bed but they kept popping off. The TV was old and small. The tv picture was faded with a purple tint. Bottom line….The room needed a facelift badly. Between the 4:30 am construction and the dated room….it was a poor decision to stay at this Hilton Garden. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton Garden. One final insult: they actually charge $25 a night for parking. I’ve never paid to park at a Hilton Garden. Do NOT stay at this hotel until the construction is finished. Unless you want a 4:30 AM wake up call. And the room is below the standard of the Hilton Garden chain.

Great location, rooms and beds need an upgrade.

Great location. The lobby is awesome. But when we got to our room, we called down to the front desk or put on hold. They never came back. Called again no one answered. The bed was so hard. Neither of us could sleep. It kind of caved into the middle so you rolled in and it was very hard. The bathtub was something from my Grandma‘s house. The inside definitely needs an upgrade, but it was clean!

If you don’t want to sleep. Stay here. The traffic going by with loud exhaust all night is ridiculous. It’s morons on sport bikes and cars cruising around. Plus people outside the building yelling.

Definitely disappointed. Staff were great but room-not so much. The floor clearly had not been cleaned, there was mold in the grout ( I allergic, thank God I had Zyrtec. The pillows were terrible. The went flat when you put your head on them. And the sheets had stains and were dingy. We will not be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Beds and furniture were adequate. The breakfast was very good. There were freshly cooked options available, and the food was delivered to the guests promptly while still warm. Under normal circumstances, Location would’ve been good. As it was, there was road construction, all around the hotel, and it was very difficult, between one-way streets and the streets blocked by road construction to get to and from the hotel parking ramp. Overall, the hotel is showing its age and could use some new paint and some updates. We would stay there again if the road construction is completed and the streets reopened.

A lot of road construction around hotel. Traffic noise at night was loud. All in all it is a comfortable and affordable and safe place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the ladies in dining.

Impressed with the aesthetics. Location was great and check in was very easy. Room was clean and everything worked well even though the shower tiles needed a little TLC. We really wanted to sleep in and enjoy the comfy bed and pillows.
