It was the worst noisey and dirty. People in the hall spilling food and making noise after midnight. No breakfast in the mornings. Waste of money. Management did nothing to comp or correct the situation

Nice hotel except the second morning l went down for the included breakfast at 6:15 and the lights were off and no breakfast had been put out. The young girl at the desk said she would call and check on it, whatever that means. I returned to the breakfast area at 6:45 and still nothing was available. I believe someone on the hotel staff does not take their job seriously.

No hot water - staff said mgmt aware for years

The room itself and on site service was fine. The problem is there was not hot water. When we informed the front desk they responded that it was a well known problem by the manager and that anytime the hotel was booked they run out of hot water and we would just need to “wait a few minutes”. We waited an hour and still no hot water. My hisband took an ice cold shower and the rest of the family was forced to go without - so we got to show up to our family reunion after driving 13 hours and no shower.

Poor Customer Service

Hotel was clean and perfect for what we needed. However, we had to extend our stay for an extra night and they made change floors and rooms even though the hotel was maybe at 50% capacity.
