Very clean, NEW hotel. Also quiet and very comfortable. My only complaint -- I was OK'd for a late check-out but, at check-out time, the housekeeper, who didn't speak much English, told me I had to leave. When I told her I had a late check-out (with the help of Google Translate), she said I needed to go down and talk to the front desk. Once there, they confirmed my late check-out and apologized for the inconvenience. Highly annoying since I was trying to get work done before I had to leave. Otherwise, a great stay!

Was good but a few problems

Our check-in was quick & the worker was nice. Our room was easy to get to & we didn’t hear really any noise from other guest or the elevator area. A housekeeper came into our room on day one without knocking. Came in, saw we were still in our room getting ready and then walked out. No sorry or anything. Luckily none of us were changing. Our shower must not be sealed properly because after everyone’s shower there would be a trail of water from the shower to the bathroom door. The room we booked was a king bed studio but there’s no way that was a king bed. We have a king size at home and this was smaller.

We stayed for our daughter college visit .this hotel is amazing, love the bed and big bathroom .just a little dissapointed that theres no hand soap. Otherwise all in all is good except no hand soap .

The hotel may be one of the newest hotels I have ever stayed in(Sept 25). It is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The front desk person was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is very close to I80 but it is very quiet. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

There was a dirty diaper in the pull out bed and cat poop in the corner of the room. Someone outside had their bass, so our windows on the 3rd floor shook all night.
