Breakfast was amazing! It’s like homemade food, not the frozen pancakes and powdered eggs like most hotel buffet breakfast. Key cards weren’t working so the poor front desk staff had to escort people to their rooms anytime they needed in. It was faced by morning though and they were very nice about it. Would definitely stay here again.

Biggest issue: NOT clean or maintained and housekeeping didn’t clean room (same sheets, didn’t mop or vacuum once in a week) Dirtiest room I’ve seen at an element around the country. Staff was not very helpful as they seemed short staffed or not very present although one person who must have been the manager was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast ok. Nice that hot items available (pancakes, waffle station, sausage/bacon and biscuits&gravy) assorted bread/bagel for toast was a bit stale. Yogurt station ok. Fresh fruit and juice available though bananas were consistently squishy. Parking is connected but only on second floor and can be difficult to access main entrance. $15/day for in & out privileges with a QR code Overall not great and for the price I would stay elsewhere. I hear the Hilton express is very nice and allows even large pets (for a fee)

This is a really wonderful hotel. It was great having covered parking because it was so cold in Omaha during our stay. The room was clean and large, the bed was comfortable and the place was really quiet. It was like an oasis for us after a long drive in bad conditions. Thanks!
