Bulb on the table lamp was burnt out. Born door on the washroom was difficult to lock. Lighting in the room very poor. The carpet in the room is so old and worn out, i wondered how did this hotel qualified for Hilton Franchise.

Upon checking in, they informed us they did not have the room we reserved (King Suite) and was a Queen Suite ok? I said "not really" and asked for a comp because we needed the King Suite to have a restful night given that our kids (2 and 4 years old) want to join us in bed when we travel and a Queen sized bed is NOT big enough to account for all the thrashing and limb-throwing they do. A King sized bed DOES accommodate this better. The front desk said I would be contacted by the manager on Monday (it was Saturday, Aug 9th, 2025 that we stayed), but I asked for a number to call incase. I called back (didn't get or didn't see the call back to resolve the issue and no message was left if they did call) and was told I needed to go through Expedia to resolve (where I booked). So I did. They approved a $25 refund. I replied that $75 seemed more fair and was denied. Additionally, the parking was not convenient with a small lot in the front and a larger one in the back but the keycard reader for the back door was broken with a sign to use the one directly on the other side, that was also broken. So we had to park and walk a ways...again, with two small kids and luggage. We did not have a restful night's sleep that night and were not compensated for the mismanagement of our booking. We have family in Omaha and would have stayed again on upcoming trips but now we will find another hotel due to all the issues we faced at this hotel that did not reflect the prices they charge.
