We stayed there the night before an early flight. The shuttle service took us to the Old Market and picked us up after dinner. We had to leave for the airport at 5:00am and the shuttle was right on time. Front desk staff were very friendly!

17 years ago it seemed easy to go through the motions. Today with the passed renovations it seemed hard. Crammed room space especially the bathroom. Not worth the money. The last 2 nights at Little America in Cheyenne put this place to shame.

We were in town for a concert. I booked this hotel for the walkability, and for the great reviews. It lived up to the hype! Check-in was smooth, and Sarah was amazing! Even gave us warm cookies. Dennis drove us to the concert & picked us up, even though traffic was a MESS! The room was clean & comfortable. Will stay here again!

The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Branisha. The hotel had a lot of people staying there, yet there was only 1 elevator in service the entire time we were at the hotel. We had long waits to go up and down. We had the room next to the elevator and it was loud causing difficulty sleeping. Our room did not have a good AC unit. It was hot in the room throughout our stay. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking floor. We only had hot water. We had no old water at the sink to brush our teeth and had to use the bottled water which I was charged for even though I am a Hilton honors member. Not a good experience at all.
