The first we were given already had people in, went back down got another room go back up again the keys won’t work to it, go back down again they give us a third room. The key finally worked. However, the toilet wouldn’t flush and our room view was of the roof mechanical area. The room was expensive and find out had to pay for parking on top of it for an empty parking lot. I can definitely say we won’t be staying there again.
