House was as portrayed. The lounge/bar is a fun room and conveniently right off the kitchen. The pool table needs new sticks and is missing a few balls but still fun. The what appeared to be new dishwasher leaked a bit when we used it but we just hand washed after that. I notified the host who thabked me for letting them know, i assume that will be addressed. Very convenient to highways and central Omaha but quiet neighborhood.

Spacious and clean home, well decorated

The home was lovely and spacious, the hostess very responsive. We had an age group from 12 -79, and all were happy. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

Good home but felt like a bait and switch

The home and stay was good. My issue is I paid for the reservation and after reservation the host charged more on top of what I already paid for a higher cleaning fee. I was left with the choice of either paying more AFTER reservation or cancel with only 50% refund. That's very misleading and that's why my ratings are the way they are.

Fun, spacious house in Omaha

This is a very nicely decorated, spacious house. The decorations and space of the house were all wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and the back yard was amazing. The kids loved playing pool and foosball in the basement rec room, and had fun playing in the sunken main level living room. The house is spotlessly clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We did have difficulty with the water temperature in the upper level shower, though the lower shower worked fine. Some extra blankets and dining items would be helpful as there are enough provided if you have 4-5 people in your group but a larger group would not have enough to go around. We did also need to buy some kitchen basics like dishwasher detergent, coffee, etc. But overall very good. Convenient location in west Omaha. Thank you for your hospitality.

Zoo visit

Nice home

This is a nice clean home with plenty of room. The location was great for the wedding and reception we attended. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and the mattress was comfortable. However the other 2 bedrooms didn't have queen sized beds, they are double/full sized beds. So it was uncomfortable for the couples that slept in those beds. The mattresses were comfortable. The place is very clean and Julia responds very quickly. For 6 people there were only 2 washclothes, Julia was willing to bring more when asked. I had read ther reviews before we booked and everyone said the listing was accurate, so I was dissappointed that the beds said 3 queen sized beds and there was only 1 and 2 double beds. When people leave reviews they need to be honest so the hostess knows what they need to improve on.

Such a wonderful home for time spent with friends!

Julia graciously opened her beautiful home to myself and my friends. There was plenty of space for us all, and we were all so comfortable! She was very communicative with us when we needed anything and she and her daughter were such lovely hosts! I am so pleased with my stay!

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

This is a beautiful home with a HUGE backyard. The home is quite large and well-appointed. The kitchen is large and easily accomodates several people. We particularly enjoyed the large back deck. There were a few minor issues that I discussed with the property manager but they did not negatively impact our stay greatly.
