Sleep soundly on plush beds with fine linens. A convenient kitchenette includes a Keurig coffee maker. In addition to direct access to Palisades Tahoe slopes, you'll also enjoy an ice-skating rink and cross-country ski trails. During warmer months, hone your fly-fishing skills at the community pond or play golf and tennis. The heated pools and hot tub make it easy to relax in every season. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. Just 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating and paddleboarding.

Watch favorite shows on the flatscreen TV or check emails at the laptop-friendly desk. The kitchenette includes a Keurig coffee maker, an insulated ice bucket, and a mini-fridge. The sleeping space offers two comfy queen-size beds. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Ski shuttle details:



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
