Maybe next time

Hotel called to cancel my reservation two hours before check in. Due to lack of air conditioning in the entire hotel. I feel the staff handled the situation well. Allowed me to change reservations to another Olympia with no fees or charges .

I got there and my room was hot as hell the AC went out in the hotel and I was given a box fan, my refrigerator was broken and all my drinks were warm and I had to have them swap out for one that worked. Then there were not screens on the patio doors and I had to kill a few bugs that probably came in through the open door that I didn't know was opened at first. There was cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom that looked like water puddles and mold in the corners of the walls. The bedding looked dingy and had stains and when I asked to have the room cleaned it was only the garbage taken out and the towels replaced not the bedding and everything was old in the room beside the TV. Then they homeless where just out the doors and in the parking lot area all night I was scared my car was gonna get broken into. All the ice machines were broken on every floor and there was multiple rooms with pad locks on the doors with missing handles. Overall Overall it was a bad experience and I will never stay there again I feel like it was false advertising online and the money I paid was not deserved.

It was right down town and convenient to walk to a lot of places. A beautiful park across the street. Unfortunately it was full of homeless people. The hotel needs to be updated and refreshed. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.

The property is falling apart. No AC or hot water. Homeless people everywhere in the neighborhood. Only reason not giving a terrible review is I was offered cancellation/ given a refund at the time of check in. I never saw the inside of the rooms but the rest of the place did not feel clean or safe.

Every checkbox for a bad hotel: AC down (all rooms) ice machine broken, first room had what looked like mold all over the bathtub, dirty toilet, paint is deteriorating everywhere, smelled horribly of cigarettes. Front office was very kind to change rooms without any hassle. Second room was much better with fiberglass peeling (along with the paint) in the bathroom, toilet was missing paint but was clean. Holes in the bedroom wall, broken drawer on the very run down dresser. Only way my mom would stay was to sleep with her mace out. To be fair, this was by far the best looking hotel (?) in the downtown area. Would not recommend staying anywhere in this area, not family or child friendly or safe.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I have never ever in my life stayed at a hotel this disgusting. The AC doesn't work, the bathtub has peeling paint. All of the appliances are broken in some way, the vents are black inside which looks like mold to me. The room wasn't clean. The balcony railing was falling off and unsafe. Overall a really bad experience. They claim that they are renovating next year, but that doesn't excuse them this year. This building should be immediately condemned.

Check in was simple and Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable…BUT our room was GROSS! Carpets were nasty, bathroom smelled of old urine, tub/shower looked so gross we wouldn’t even use it… and the air conditioning didn’t work, so at floor seven the room was as hot of the seventh level of hell. Glad we were only there one night.

This place is in poor condition. The entry doors barely work, the carpets throughout the faculty are dirty. My room carpet was dirty and sticky. There was huge spider webs on the ceiling and walls, should all over the walls and pictures. Something sprayed all over the sliding door. The bathroom was almost unusable.. Didn't trust to touch anything. The bathtub was so dirty and stained I didn't take a shower while there. The water could not be turned off in the bathtub, with hot water, so it was humid and hot... Especially since the air conditioner was out for the whole facility.
