The first room I was in the toilet did not work. The second room I was in the shower door handle came off in my hand as I was closing it. My second room also did not have a television remote. Finally I woke up to pounding/hammering on Thanksgiving morning. There was no information about calling the front desk. I understand being under construction but this was a bite much.

Not staffs fault. They are dealing with a bunch as the website shares no information about the massive construction happening at a red tagged hotel. Very disappointed. Ive stayed here multiple times and always had a good stay however this time, i asked for a refund. Not ok.

The room was great. Roomy quiet rested well. The only bad thing is that the hotel is under heavy renovation. Lobby area completely closed off. Construction dust everywhere. We were on the second floor and it was quiet but some of that construction dust found its way up the elevator. Breakfast was basic but all the carpets were covered in plastic tarps. It needs to be stated when reserving that these are the conditions and the price should reflect it. We got an ok deal. I’m a contractor and understand construction and home renovation, but I wouldn’t expect to have to walk through it to get to my room. The night was quiet and the room we had was comfortable.

The hotel was under construction/renovation. It was loud during morning hours. Couldn’t get around the first floor to the main lobby. It took you around the building. The parking lot needs work and some of the cars that were utilizing the parking were not guests of the hotel. I had to park quite a walking distance. I am confident my next stay will be better.
