Hotel is under new management and the new staff appears to be quite nice and accommodating. Hotel itself has a shabby exterior, but the rooms are clean and the lobby looks to be freshly renovated. Would stay again if in Olympia.

Charles gave us a friendly greeting and made check-in easy. The breakfast was nice and the woman who took care of the breakfast was very friendly and kept the area spotless. Beds were comfortable. And except for the occasional highway truck noises the room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was alright but the staff made the hotel experience a lot better. They were helpful and friendly. I like how the rooms had 2 sinks, that help us big time! I wish the rooms had full size pillows. Breakfast was alright cereal, fruits, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, and sausage and egg sandwich, coffee, juice.
