Fine front desk people, always a nice greeting. Did not utilize kitchen/bar. Room was spacious. Carpet needed cleaning. Bathroom okay, weak water pressure left a lacking shower experience. Love the location!! The pub next door is great. I might return.

The room was clean and very nice, the front desk staff was wonderful. But, the constant noise from the construction from 7:30 AM to 11:30 pm was hard. Sleeping was difficult. I’m aware that doesn’t go on all of the time, but cost versus sleep was not great.

Not a great room layout. Had to call the front desk twice to get all the bedsheets and linens for the pull out sofa. Shower nozzle needs to be replaced and upgraded. Someone complained about the food at the bar while I was there. And the towels in the pool fit only toddlers… will not be booking there again.

Good Location - No Frills

Location was good and staff was kind but the building is clearly old with one slow elevator, we got checked in and were told the wrong room number so we went up and down a few times. Looks like the rooms are in the process of renovation via a slap of new paint, the paint odor was strong in the towels and some of the bathroom fixtures were covered in painters tape that was never removed after painting.

Found a hair in the shower so makes me wonder how much is actually cleaned. Shower could have been built a little wider since there is more than enough room. Should be more light at the sink area.

A very comfortable stay in Olympia. Check in staff was very friendly and room was clean and spacious. There were several walkable restaurants around the hotel. Stayed here in between our travel to Olympic and Mt. Rainier National Parks.
