Difficult to understand why the hotel was so highly rated. It's position in the old town, close to a tram stop was its best feature. The hotel is in a number of buildongs, so had to go via the street to our bedroom. The room was spacious, but lacked air conditioning, which could be a problem at hot times. There was a good breakfast. Some staff helpful, others less so.

Spent two nights here. Our entire stay was memorable and very comfortable. We were in room #241, a large room with sweeping views. Lovely and clean, well-appointed.
