Modernised hotel in a great location in the centre of town, a five minute walk from the station (access to the slopes), and short bus ride to the ski gondolas. I was mostly out and about so did not use the wider facilities, including pool. The bedroom was large and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to park outside, but that was a stroke of luck at a busy period. Would stay again.

The room was sufficient, reminded more of a 3* hotel. The wellness area was the biggest disappointment and not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. Children (6-16y.o.) running in the sauna and screaming, the gym had at least 35degrees temperature.

Spacious family room and convenient location, as it is also part of Villars Palace, it’s more famous sibling. It’s modern and elegant without calling too much attention to itself. If returning to this area, I would definitively consider here again, and in the same room.

We stayed for just one night in a standard room for two (without a balcony), and we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings — much more than we expected. The dĂ©cor was simple and minimalistic, and although there was no mini bar, it didn’t take away from our comfort at all. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities were another highlight — the swimming pool was a good size, and the sauna was a great way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. Given the very competitive price, the high standard of the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was only a short stay this time, but we’re already planning to come back for a longer visit to explore this beautiful region — and we’ll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for both couples and families!

We checked in to a room that had no sound proof for all, you can hear everything, including breathing. I have 2 young kids, couldn’t sleep because next door were screaming and having sex for over 1.5 hurs and I complained 3 times, finally front desk did something. Of course everyone in the room can do whatever they like but we shouldn’t able to hear them all, especially for my 10am 12years old kids. Next morning I asked the hotel to do something about it, no one really cared. I asked again in the evening, finally we had a new room. For the 7 nights stay, our room was cleaned 3 times with no shower cup, vanity units either body lotions. I complained, but no one did anything about it. The worse hotel ever, I don’t believe the hotel cares about any of the feedback.

Das Zimmer war Ă€usserst gerĂ€umig und wir waren sehr happy, zu viert eine ganze Ferienwoche darin zu verbringen. Was uns fehlte in der Junior Suite war ein Wasserkocher oder eine Nespresso-Maschine. Zudem schade, dass der TV keine Möglichkeit bietet, Netflix zu schauen. Wir versuchten, auf den TV zu streamen, was nicht möglich war. Und die Rezeption konnte uns leider auch kein HDMI-Kabel ausleihen, sodass wir unseren Computer hĂ€tten spiegeln können. Hier wĂ€re es sicher gut, mit der Zeit zu gehen. DafĂŒr ist die Lage des Hotels positiv zu erwĂ€hnen, das eine Busstation von der Talstation entfernt liegt (oder 10 Fussminuten, wenn man die Skier tragen möchte). Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ist vielseitig. An einem Morgen gabs kein Joghurt, an einem anderen keine Croissants, aber das waren Ausnahmen. Das zum Hotel gehörende Ristorante Peppino macht sehr leckere (aber auch sehr hochpreisige) Pizzen, die wir empfehlen können, wenn das Budget keine Rolle spielt. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen, da wir uns grundsĂ€tzlich wohl gefĂŒhlt haben.

À l’arrivĂ©e, la premiĂšre chambre attribuĂ©e Ă©tait trĂšs bruyante. L’isolation phonique des chambres n’est pas suffisante, on entend clairement les bruits extĂ©rieurs et intĂ©rieurs. AprĂšs signalement, une autre chambre nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e. Dans cette seconde chambre, il n’y avait pas de serviettes Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Les rideaux Ă©taient endommagĂ©s dans les deux chambres (photos prises dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e). De plus, le lit et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables, ce qui nuit clairement Ă  la qualitĂ© du repos. Ces Ă©lĂ©ments cumulĂ©s ne correspondent pas aux standards attendus d’un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles, mĂȘme pour une chambre Comfort. Le seul vrai point positif reste la bienveillance et le professionnalisme du personnel, qui a fait de son mieux pour gĂ©rer la situation. Je remercie toutefois l’équipe pour son accueil, son Ă©coute et son professionnalisme tout au long du sĂ©jour.

La belle chambre 138 que l’on m’a donnĂ©e aprĂšs la 234 - porte communicante avec 233 pas isolĂ©e, enfants et adultes hurlant etc. - a Ă©tĂ© magnifique. Votre prix meilleur que ce que j’ai payĂ© pour les 3 nuits supplĂ©mentaires ! Pratique l’arrĂȘt du bus proche. Dommage que la piscine n’ouvre qu’à 09h: clash avec sport et petit dĂ©jeuner !
