The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home. We stayed there both before and after visiting Machu Picchu. The rooms were clean each time. We enjoyed the breakfast, grassy field and the swinging benches. They let us keep most our bags there while we were gone to Machu Picchu, which was very helpful. Great place to stay!

Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley.

The staff was very attentive and charming. Leo check with us when we arrived and helped us with getting transportation from the Hotel to Cusco. Our entire stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We truly enjoyed exploring the beautiful town of Ollantaytambo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. The property was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the town after a busy day of exploring. Leo was especially wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. He was kind, attentive, and always happy to answer our many questions, which made our experience feel even more comfortable and personal. We also really appreciated how accommodating everyone was to our large family. Traveling as a bigger group can sometimes be challenging, but they made the entire experience easy and enjoyable for us. We loved our time here and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay while experiencing the charm of this beautiful town, this is a wonderful choice. We are very grateful for the hospitality we received and would happily stay here again!

Nice, comfortable hotel

Hotel has nice setup with a grassy courtyard in the middle. The room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good - complete with made to order eggs. The location is very convenient to the town square and exploring the sites.

Best host in Ollantaytambo!

The best part of the whole stay was the host, Leonardo. He took care of our needs, gave us recommendations about restaurants, and even had us a breakfast bag at 4:20 am! He was an amazing host! The room was clean, but there was some light coming from the shared spaces.

Lovely place

This is a lovely place to stay at. The front desk and staff are kind and friendly. There was one day where I had mud all over my shoes so I took them off to walk through the yard. One of the employees saw this and took my shoes to wash them. The yard itself is so serene to just sit in. I highly recommend it.
