Modern luxury villa in the hills near Sitges

Modern, tastefully decorated holiday home with beautiful pool (with "playa" section) and several sheltered terraces. The house stands on 950m2 private land, high on a wooded hillside, with no immediate neighbors, so very private.

This villa is suited for couples and small families, and not for groups of friends. Parties are not allowed.

This villa offers privacy and fantastic views over the hills of "Las Colinas". Barcelona airport is just 30 minutes away, the city of Barcelona itself (40 min) and the beaches, restaurants and nightlife of Sitges (15 min), are nearby. Las Colinas is located at Olivella, a picturesque village on the border of the "Garraf", a nature which is perfect for hiking, biking, horse riding etc. The famous wine region "Penedes" is close.

On the first floor of the house you will find 2 large bedrooms (16m2), each with a large double bed (180 x 210cm, Auping beds and mattresses). The master bedroom raises its own bathroom en-suite, fully equipped with new large shower with rain shower, toilet, towel radiator and double sink. The 2nd bathroom is identical in performance and is right off the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and a sitting area or desk.

The spacious living area comprises a fully equipped open kitchen and three living areas, one of which can be used as extra sleeping space for two people by using the luxury, full bed (140x200cm). izjn there are two seating areas, a large flat screen TV with Satellite (NL / FR / ES / DE) and DVD / BluRay player. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and beautiful views. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi with good coverage inside and around the house. The house raises an alarm system for your safety and raises air conditioning. A washer and dryer are available.

The whole house is furnished with modern and luxurious furnishings with a relaxed design look, in order for you to create a relaxed, cozy and stylish atmosphere.

Besides luxury terrace around the private pool there with sunbeds, outdoor table, umbrellas, family-size BBQ etc. offers you a huge roof terrace which allows you to enjoy all year round sunshine. Sunbeds and a "FatBoy" hammock at your disposal to enjoy the spectacular views.

The villa has a parking area on site.

Bijou villa in the hills

We had a wonderful stay in the villa, soaking up the unparalleled views and lounging by the pool. Every detail of this luxury home has been carefully considered, making it a pleasure for the eyes and a joy to live in. The area is quiet, but Sitges is but. 20mn drive away. Warmly recommended!

Beautiful luxury home

I loved my stay here and so did my group the pool area was gorgeous, very private and peaceful with stunning scenery. We where happy to stay at the house it had everything you need and it’s very well designed a lot of thought has gone into it. It’s a very clean and sleek house my words do not do the place justice if we could have stayed longer we would have nobody wanted to leave it was like a home away from home. I will definitely be back with my group next year loved loved loved it.

This property is even better than it looks in the photos. Everything (furnishings/white goods/linen etc.) is in good taste and to high quality. The pool area is so nice that we hardly ever went out during the day. In summary, a very comfortable and welcoming holiday home - highly recommended!

Netjes, conpleet en stijlvol ingericht. Alles is schoon en goed onderhouden, alles ziet er nog nieuwig uit. Qua indeling is het prima voor een gezin (4p), het zeembad en bovenliggende niveau is van binnen alleen toegankelijk via de hoofdslaapkamer, dat kan wellicht onhandig zijn, was voor ons verder geen probleem.

De villa is rustig gelegen. Prachtig uitzicht!! Alle benodigdheden zijn beschikbaar. De villa is zeer verzorgd. Hele mooie streek. De perfecte plaats om tot rust te komen. Wel een iets minder toeristische streek. Ontvangst door de gastvrouw was zeer vlot en aangenaam. Ook tijdens de reis een zeer goede communicatie met haar. Ze staat onmiddellijk klaar bij gelijk welke vraag je hebt. Top gastvrouw!

De villa heeft zeker bijgedragen tot een relaxt verblijf. Voor een betere poole beleving in relatie tot eten, wonen en niet te vergeten het uitzicht, had het wellicht beter geweest om de living aan het zwembad te hebben en de slaapvertrekken beneden. P&E

A Home away from home

Das Haus ist wirklich ganz wunderbar und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Man merkt, dass die Eigner das Haus selbst viel nutzen und daher fehlt es einem an nichts. Das Highlight ist natürlich der wirklich großartige Pool und die Ruhe in dem kleinen Tal. Man muss zwar etwas fahren um nach Sitges zu kommen aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben die 10 Tage in dem Haus wirklich sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen tollen Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Vom Schlafzimmer aus kommt man direkt auf die Terrasse und zum Pool, in der Hängematte lässt es sich super entspannen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet... inkl. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Da wir etwas mehr Kaffee trinken, hat uns die Alternative gefehlt, z.B. einen Handfilter um Kaffee aufzubrühen, das ist aber auch schon das einzigste, was wir vermisst haben. Ansonsten alles perfekt! Sehr ruhig! Der Eigentümer und die Verwalterin sind super nett und sehr flexibel, was An- und Abreisezeiten ( sofern möglich) angeht. Die Nähere Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. ....ein perfekter Urlaub!

Fantastic villa for recreation

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful villa. The pool area was fantastic and the house was amazing in every detail. Sitges centre is a twenty minute drive from the house, and is a lovely city with great beaches. I give this villa my warmest recommendations.
