We were disappointed that the pool was advertised as private when it was not. Raised the issue with them and their definition of private was not open to the public. However your site stated private means all to yourself . I think this needs to be addressed as we would not have booked if we had known it was shared . Other issue we had was that we could not get the air conditioning to work. Asked but still didn’t get sorted. Luckily apartment stays fairly cool so wasn’t a major issue.
