Situated in a peaceful residential zone in the elevated backdrop of the traditional fishing village of Fuseta, this charming townhouse has spacious and fresh interior coupled with an enclosed and private rear garden with sunbdes and dining table. Within 10 mins walk, there is an abundance of café bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach lagoon. And for the more adventurous, a boat trip to the local beach islands of Armona will delight and offer a great day out!



Casa Chameleon is a charming townhouse located in a peaceful residential zone overlooking the village of Fuseta and over to the ocean. Ideal for families.



INTERIOR

From the main entrance you will find a peaceful zone with a writing desk, perfect if you have to send a few emails off from which you are immediately welcomed into the spacious open plan lounge/diner and kitchen. With its clutter free and fresh interior, the rooms are light and airy and offer a great standard of holiday rental. Key features include a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances and utensils included, and a super breakfast bar ideal for quick snacks. A large comfy L-shaped sofa invites you to relax and watch a late-night movie or stream your favourite programme on the free WIFI.



During the day, light radiates through the lounge patio windows inviting you to the enclosed garden for some family time and dining. More formal dining can be enjoyed at the dining table tucked neatly away at the rear of the open plan space. The ground floor also has a shower room/guest WC.



Taking the stairs, 3 bedrooms are situated on the first floor, 2 doubles and 1 twin, with a recently renovated bathroom with tub and overhead shower.



OUTSIDE SPACES

The paved patio at the rear of the townhouse is a treat! A dining table and chairs are provided, along with a BBQ for lovely summer al fresco dining evenings. For the sunworshippers, enjoy the sunbeds dotted round and enjoy a sunny nap! For those who prefer shade, the front patio has chairs to relax and read.



PARKING AND ACCESS

This is private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The townhouse has 3 levels, and there are stairs within – all bedrooms are located on the first floor. Car parking is available inside the gated area at the front of the house, or on the roadside, free of charge.
