Located in Sant Miquel d'Olèrdola, Alt Penedès, Ca la iaia is a welcoming rural house of 120 m² for up to 6 guests. You have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped private kitchen. Outside, enjoy your private garden with covered and uncovered terraces overlooking Olèrdola Castle. The outdoor pool is shared with the owners and has a pergola area for relaxing. You can also use the private barbecue for outdoor dining, and beach towels are provided for your comfort.



There is shared street parking. Events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors for safety and environmental reasons. When using the pool, proper swimwear is required and diving is not allowed. Music should be kept at a reasonable volume to respect the neighbors. What a wonderful time we have had at Ca La Iaia!We were warmly greeted by the host who showed us around and made us feel very welcome and at home straight away. We absolutely love the character and charm of the house. I personally really enjoyed looking at the pottery and interesting ornaments that make the house what it is. It is a very special place! We have enjoyed spending a lot of time in the huge pool and well-appointed garden during our stay and have had a lot of fun here. The house is the best equipped place we have ever stayed in and nothing has been missed.The host (who lives next door) was impeccable in making us feel relaxed, comfortable and welcome, including some welcoming treats which were enjoyed very much.The house is cooled perfectly by AC units in all bedrooms and the main living room.The local area is lovely - on the edge of a tiny village, but only 8 minutes from Vilafranca / 15 minutes from Sitges / 30 minutes from Barcelona. Many beautiful beaches are also within 25 minutes driving (our favourite was Garraf).We HIGHLY recommend!
