Good place to stay very quiet while we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful, reasonable bar prices. Possibly a little difficult to find after dark if travelling on foot from the tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

Clean enough but staff not welcoming - they dont like late check ins and I got the impression I only just made it at 2300hrs. Evidence that people actually live there. Scaffolding up in stairwell. Didn't bother with breakfast but look pretty sparse. Metal bed frame creaks like mad. Horrific noise from plumbing throughout the night. I won't be returning.
