Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden bei unserem nächsten Oldenburg-Aufenthalt die Wohnung wieder mieten.Schwierig war der Check-In, da sich der Haustürschlüssel nicht wie angekündigt in dem dafür vorgesehenen Schlüsselkasten befand, da andere Mieter den Schlüssel nicht zurück gelegt hatten. Die in den Unterlagen angegebene Telefonnummer für Rückfragen war nicht vergeben bzw. ein Ansprechpartner, der uns in dieser Situation hätte weiterhelfen können, war nicht erreichbar. Nur weil die Mieter, die den Schlüssel an sich genommen hatten, kurzfristig doch noch vorbei kamen, konnten wir überhaupt unsere Wohnung beziehen.Unseres Erachtens sollte die Zugangsregelung anders organisiert werden, so dass man nicht auf die Kooperation der Mitmieter angewiesen ist und es sollte eine funktionierende Telefonummer für Rückfragen bereitgestellt werden. Zusätzlich, keine große Sache, aber ärgerlich, war der Zustand des vollständig vereisten Gefrierfachs, das entsprechend nicht genutzt werden konnte.
