From the front desk to the rest of the staff, everyone was very friendly but also very professional and very helpful. I called the front desk about 5 straight times to ask questions I was waiting for the receptionist to e upset ,to my surprise she was laughing it up with me. That alone made my stay great

The room was ok. The TV had a terrible picture. They were upgrading the door locks and the cards wouldnt work on the outside doors. It also took many trys of scanning the card to get into your room. The breakfast was good and the pool was warm and clean. If they upgrade their TVs and fix the key card issues it would have been a better experience.

Staff is quite responsive and very nice-- I would rate them much more highly than the overall rating. The building and rooms are shabby, chipped furniture, etc. and need updating. Our heater made terrible noise and had to be turned off to allow us to sleep. The outlet in the bathroom and one in the room didn't work consistently. Water in the bathroom sink smelled of sulfur. (especially warm water) Not a cheerful atmosphere at all.
