nice place, everything as expected

Place was great for a short stay, especially if you have dogs. Property manager was responsive and friendly.

Perfect beach cottage

Lisa was a great host and provided great amenities for our stay at old orchard beach! Comfortable beds and roomy space with enclosed backyard for pets, fires and hosting made it the perfect spot for our group!

Nice little spot

Clean and cute. Just about a mile walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and boogie boads in the shed that we could use. Firewood and a fire pit in the back yard. This is a basement unit, so you can hear the tenants upstairs walking around. Great location.
