Easy stay with friendly staff. The walls are a little thin so if you’re with kids or sensitive to noise, headphones or white noise might be a good thing to bring. Lots of delicious food nearby

Nice 2 bedrooms apartment, small but ok for two adults, two kids Only 1 bathroom and it’s downstairs… Kitchen is complete with everything you need Area around is nice and safe, good bars and restaurants

We have stayed here for years in July. Nice having the kitchenette- saves a lot of money on takeout or restaurants. Quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Nice people.

The office Manager was very direct. The office refused to have fresh towels delivered daily. The office manager was bothered to be servicing the hotel we stayed at. She refused to accommodate small needs toilet paper and towels. The hotel should be managed separately.

The property is located close to where we were going. However, it was dirty. The carpet made my feet black! It really needs to be replaced. The curtains were very dirty with dust bunnies on them. The tv reception was not great, I believe due to slow internet. If I were to want to stay longer, I would have complained. The beds were comfortable and everything thing else seemed to be reasonably clean. The train just outside was a bit of a problem. Not sure I would stay here again.

Unhappy NH Family

The kitchen floor is forever dirty as the property is right next to train tracks. At 5:30 every morning the Amtrak train comes thru, blowing its horn. The futon that was supposed to be able to sleep 2 people was terrible. The mattress or cover was oversized and did not even fit on the futon frame. It was not usable as a couch because the mattress was so big. There was 3 adults and2 kids 1 was 4 the other 1. It was not worth the amount of money we paid per night for ths dump.Ther shower is so small you can barely move. They would be better off getting rid of the futons and putting in a couch, as the futon takes up so much space. Look around as there are better places that i am sure are cheaper

Aucun services sanitaires. Pas de papier de toilette, les serviettes nous devions aller dans une autre hôtel pour aller chercher des serviettes propres. 6 jours 4000$ canadiens ils manquaient royalement de services. Mais c’était propre.
