Located on the West end of OOB, our four bedroom beach house sleeps up to 12 people. Living room has two sleeper sofas, 40` smart TV and half bath. Dining room with table and seating for 6. Den is stocked with games for the whole family! Kitchen equipped with cook/tableware and stainless steel appliances. On the 2nd floor you`ll find four large bedrooms, full bathroom and a beautiful sunroom! Front framers porch, great for relaxing. Private back yard with fire pit, patio set & grill.

The location, communication, parking, and outdoor space were all fantastic for our large group! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. My only feedback is that while the front porch and seating was well maintained and happily used by all, the condition of the furniture and propane grill out back by the fire pit could be something to consider improving in the near future. We still used and loved the space very much but most chairs and the wicker bench were fairly damaged/torn and we worried that our use would damage them further. We were careful but felt it was worth sharing. The grill was left uncleaned and the buildup of grease and food debris left in the bottom from prior renters has caused some fire and smoke control action for us initially, but only until we realized the issue and cleaned it off/out as best we could so it was all set for the rest of our weekend and those staying after us. This was also not a huge concern but is something that I wanted to share as a possible suggestion to have the grill checked/cleaned between stays. Overall, a good experience! We would absolutely stay again and truly enjoyed the space for our quick family trip to close out the summer.
