Great place to enjoy the fun of Old Orchard Beach

Spent a quick weekend here with my husband and 12 year old son. The condo building is right next to a beautiful park so you have an unobstructed view of the roller coaster and Ferris wheel. The parking lot is very small, so depending on how many cars, it can be difficult to maneuver. You can tell it is an older building and this unit has been redone beautifully. Murphy bed in the living room was great for our son. The best part of this unit for us was everything the owner has stocked. Sometimes in these rentals you get virtually nothing except towels and kitchen basics. This unit has beach stuff, all sorts of bathroom basics, a stocked coffee bar, and plenty of kitchen items if you want to cook. We only had a weekend stay, but we would have been more the comfortable if we stayed longer.

Great views, perfect location & quiet luxury

From the layout of this condo to the excellent amenities, this is a near perfect place to stay in OOB. Everything you could want including an amazing array of beach gear and toys are included. The kitchen is a dream to cook in. I ended up being quite sick during my stay, so it was especially good to be able to look out the windows or sit on the covered balcony and enjoy the views and activities in the park below, the amusement park two city blocks away, and the ocean and 5 miles of beach just beyond that! Despite all that activity, the condo is amazingly quiet. I had a friend who stayed one night and used the Murphy bed. She said it was quite comfy. Personally, I would be comfortable with a maximum of 3 - 4 people for stays longer than 2 nights. Finally, communications were excellent and very responsive. Based on my extensive experience renting higher-end properties, this one is definitely nearing the top of a 5-star rating and worth the 3-story climb.
