Located in the district of Olbia-mare a short distance from the airport, away from city traffic, quiet but well served by shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops for every need. The historic center of Olbia is just a few minutes drive, animated by its boutiques, wine bars and squares with lively cafes. The strategic location, out of the traffic of the historic center and close to the connecting roads, allows you to easily reach the famous beaches of Olbia and Costa Smeralda, the marine area of Tavolara, the trendy San Teodoro and many others to discover.
 
The use of the car is recommended for greater freedom than public transport, often less efficient.
 
Parking: Inside the property there is a private covered parking for a vehicle. In addition, outside the property, but adjacent to the same, there is a large free and unguarded public parking.
