As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a large and bright living room, furnished with taste and simplicity. A comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax, while a TV offers entertainment after a day spent discovering local treasures. From here, a lovely veranda overlooks the communal pool, creating an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, allowing you to enjoy the authentic flavors of local cuisine without having to go too far from home.

The bright and welcoming double bedroom offers a quiet and relaxing place to rest. Here, too, a private veranda allows you to admire the pool view and enjoy the sea breeze. The location of the house is ideal: despite being located in a quiet corner of the city, it is well served by public transport and close to the center of Olbia. A few steps away, you will find the suggestive pier, perfect for romantic evening walks, where you can also enjoy an excellent aperitif in one of the local bars.

For shopaholics, the nearby “Olbia Mare” shopping center offers a wide selection of shops and services, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience.
