Inside you will find a new double bed with a quality mattress, designed for truly regenerating rest. The environment is comfortable in every season thanks to air conditioning and features a flat-screen TV and a new sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day out.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, spacious fridge, additional freezer, crockery and essential utensils for preparing simple meals independently. Important note, the oven visible in the photos is currently not usable.



The bathroom is complete with a shower and bidet, with a hairdryer and a set of three towels per person. To best organise your personal effects, there is also a large wardrobe in the corridor, as well as a dining table for leisurely breakfasts or home dinners.



The true plus is the furnished balcony with a relaxation area and panoramic view of the harbour, perfect especially in the evening, when the lights create a truly evocative atmosphere.



The location is strategic. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the centre of Olbia and the airport, while shops, supermarkets and a shopping centre are easily accessible on foot. In front of the building, there is a spacious free parking area.
