Amazing location, but condo needs maintenance and a welcome pack. The condo is in an amazing location and the facilities of the condo complex are fantastic (lovely pool and access to the sea / snorkelling). Easy to get to Porto Rotondo for dinner and easy drive to local attractions and airport. Unfortunately the condo, especially main bedroom, had a musty / black mould smell, especially bad at the beginning of our stay and at night. The air con units kept us awake some nights with a buzzing sound every few minutes which carried on even when the unit was turned off. And there were a number of broken doors on wardrobes / cupboards.There was no welcome pack which meant having to figure out everything about the apartment including where to find the rubbish stores etc. We were also told by our neighbours about not playing ball games as we had no idea this wasn’t allowed in the garden. This could have been a five star stay if the owners / management company did some maintenance to address the above issues, and put together some information in a welcome pack.

Schön, aber in die Jhrw gekommen.

Die Wohnung LaNina liegt in einem Wohnkomplex, der wunderschön angelegt ist. 50m zum Meer, ein paar hundert Meter zum Strand. Ohne Auto schwierig, da abgelegen, aber das passt schon. Die Wohnung selbst bietet: Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Grill, WaMa, SpüMa.... Ein Doppelbett, in separatem Zimmer zwei Etagenbetten. Allerdings: Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sämtliche Schranktüren sind gequollen, klemmen sich gegenseitig. Sofa & Co. sind schmuddelig/schmutzig. Man sollte mal renovieren!

Niet schoon, heel vochtig, niet compleet

Airco deed het niet. We hebben voor twee bedden lakens besteld. Er was echter maar 1 opgemaakt. Navraag gedaan. Kon alleen tegen betaling opgelost worden. Er was geen informatie over het appartment en omgeving Niet hoe de apparaten werken, wat de wifi code is.. etc. Alleen over het afval hebben we mail gehad. Het appartement was niet schoon en heel vochtig. Zo vochtig dat het ongezond is. We hebben de laatste dag zelfs overwogen om een hotel te boeken aangezien vriendin luchtwegproblemen kreeg.

Bonjour ,Deja pour trouver la maison c'est un jeu de piste.Ensuite une piscine est théoriquement prévue mais il n'y a pas d'eau dedans.Pas de wifi non plus dans la residence.Mais tout cela ne sont que des détails car durant tout le sejour c'est a 7 jours une entreprise de maçonnerie a effectué des travaux a proximité de notre location de 7h30 le matin jusqu'à 17 h le soir.Cette situation est inacceptable. Pour preuve j'ai gardé un enregistrement son du bazar ambiant durant la journée. Donc maintenant si vous me posez la question ?Comment mon sejour s'est passé,, je dirais qu'il en est des plus plus tranquille. Cordialement.

Prachtig uitzicht! Perfecte ligging.

Wat een heerlijke tuin en waanzinnig uitzicht! In het appartement is gebruik gemaakt van mooie materialen. Echter, een klusjesman om de kastdeuren (in slaapkamer en keuken) te stellen is geen overbodige luxe. Evenals het wassen van de hoezen zitbank. Maar buiten dat; wat een prachtplek! Alles is aanwezig. Van heerlijke ligbedden, tot aan meer dan voldoende servies, prima pannen, onderzetters, scherpe messen. Heerlijk!! *jammer dat het zwembad nog niet gereed was, maar de zee was heerlijk!

Modrige Unterkunft. Keine Hilfe vor Ort.

Das Servicebüro vor Ort war eine Zumutung. Es hat sich niemand gekümmert. Angeblich erst, als wir abgereist sind. Der telefonische Kundenservice hat sich bemüht. Am ersten Tag hatten wir keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die ganze Wohnung roch vermodert. Die Matratzen und die Betten waren vermodert und voller Flecken. Schränke waren verzogen und das Geschirr wurde bereits draußen gelagert. Polster waren auch verschimmelt. Die Lage war sehr schön. Auch der Poolbereich. Sonst einfach nur schlecht.

Fantastische Ferien

Eine perfekte Traumunterkunft mit unglaublichem Preis-Leidtungsverhälnis. Sehr ruhig und mit eigener Traum-Privatbucht zum Schnorcheln! Sehr unkompliziert. Schöüssel ist im Tresor hinterlegt und wird auch wieder da hinterlassen. Vielen Dank, Interhome!

Vacanza rilassante

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incantevole e devo dire che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare con sdraio e lettini su scogli. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e si trova in un complesso condominiale tranquillo. Giardino privato con vista mare splendida. La piscina è un ottimo extra!

Feucht und stinkig

Die Buchung hat optimal geklappt und die Übergabe des Quartiers samt Anfahrtsbeschreibung war perfekt. Leider haben wir eine Wohnung vorgefunden die in die Jahre gekommen ist und sehr feucht und muffig war. Der Geruch hat sich überall festgesetzt an den Polstern an den Decken am Geschirr usw. . Wir haben das Bett im Schlafzimmer abgezogen und eine Matratze vorgefunden auf der man nicht mal einen Hund schlafen lässt. Die Küchenmöbel völlig verzogen von der Feuchtigkeit.
