The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2014 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.


Location
Olbia, 120 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 62000 sqm enclosed garden plot, water plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. We have tried to create an oasis where you can spend a small holiday, where recovery in the high season can enjoy not only the sun but a healthy rest in the midst of unspoiled nature, and it offers a quality service at reasonable prices.

Our philosophy is the respect of nature. In fact, it is forbidden to drive in almost 10 hectares of land. Cooking, for example, is not with the pollutant gas, but with the induction cooker. We use water from natural sources, natural energy and everything is designed for a low environmental impact. The fully-equipped apartments offer sea views of the island of Caprera from the bedroom and the living room, wooden beds with orthopedic mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, veranda with sea views and bathrooms with towels and soaps. Access is via a side road (asphalted, unpaved, length 2500 m). Parking (for 7 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Golf, mini-golf each 11 km in Porto Cervo.
