Fully renovated designer studio of 35 square metres in Olbia's historic centre, a short stroll from Corso Umberto with its cafés, wine bars and boutiques. Made for two: couples, solo travellers and business stays.

The studio
Renovated in 2024, it fits a lot into its space: a king-size bed with premium linens, a large bathroom and a proper kitchen. The custom CREO kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. A smart TV and fast Wi-Fi make remote work easy.

Comfort
Air conditioning and floor heating keep it quiet and comfortable in every season. Washing machine and dryer, iron and board, hair dryer and a safe. Monthly stays from November to April are possible on request.

Arrival
24/7 digital self check-in with a personal code, no keys and no waiting. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

Location and parking
The studio is inside Olbia's limited traffic zone (ZTL). The zone is camera-controlled and there are no permits for visitors, so the car stays outside. Optional gated parking is available just outside the ZTL, 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The port, train and bus stations are close, and beaches such as Pittulongu, Bados and Porto Istana are a short drive away.

Beach ready
A beach kit is included: a parasol, one quick-dry beach towel per guest and a cool bag with four ice packs. A welcome package is waiting for you on arrival.

Five star all the way! The unit was compact but it is well laid out an for one or a couple it works great. It is first class with respect to its interior design. It has a ton of amenities! The bed is great, which can be an issue in Italy. The bathroom is large with a generous shower. And the unit has a washer/dryer.The location of the unit is in the middle of the Old Town Olbia. Walks are great and the restaurants close by are too numerous to count; the options are amazing. The management company is awesome! They do all the little things so far above what is expected. (Ie. beach umbrella and beach towles are in the unit for your use).And my contact, Floriana, was incredibly responsive and had great suggestions an ideas for me. Their webpage has tons of helpful info on all things Olbia and Sardinia. I'll close by saying that after 7 weeks traveling in Italy and finishing in Olbia, the best came last.
