Caletta Nest 88 is easily accessible from the parking area on the main road via a short path with a few steps. Located in a quiet and private position with a splendid sea view, this apartment offers all modern comforts. The brand-new kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, opens onto a living room with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and air conditioning. The covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, is perfect for dining outdoors and enjoying evenings with friends by the barbecue. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed plus a single bed, a bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer. A reserved covered parking space is available in the parking area in front of the path leading to the apartment.

The covered veranda offers a magnificent sea view and is perfect for relaxing moments outdoors or enjoying sunset dinners. A barbecue is available for guests. The tennis court further enhances your leisure and holiday experience.

Caletta Nest 88 is located within the residential complex "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", surrounded by 100,000 sqm of Mediterranean vegetation including century-old junipers, wild olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, opposite Portisco, and consists of several small buildings well-spaced to ensure privacy and tranquility. Guests can use the tennis court. The area slopes down to the sea, which can be accessed via a small beach located 450 meters away, reachable on foot through an internal road. Ira Beach is less than 2 km away. The residence offers covered parking with traditional Sardinian cane structures as well as guest parking spaces. Near the entrance, you’ll find the restaurant “Stella di Gallura”, a popular summer spot. The center of Porto Rotondo, with its boutiques, bars, restaurants, and lively nightlife, is less than 2 km away, about five minutes by car. Here you can stroll along the charming marina where yachts of all sizes are moored.

The listed properties are private homes and villas owned and rented by private landlords in accordance with Italian Law L.431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17. They are not hotel accommodations.

• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on your bank).
• In case of damages or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover expenses.

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

• Klodge accommodations are privately owned properties rented under tourist lease agreements, pursuant to Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Region of Sardinia.
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist lease contract must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy version in English will be provided.

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of your waste properly before departure.

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00 (subject to availability and ongoing appointments).

Late check-in fees:

• 20:00 – 23:00 → €40 (on request)
• 23:00 – 01:00 → €60 (on request)
• After 01:00 → only with prior authorization
