TWO-ROOM APARTMENT very convenient to the beach of Porto Istana; located in a small residential complex, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom with a single bed and bathroom; to complete the apartment an outdoor space with table and chairs. Ideal apartment to spend holidays immersed in nature and at the same time a stone's throw from the sea. Present TV and washing machine. The photos represent the standard type of two-room apartment available inside the structure, all furnished however in the same style; also available in the studio type up to 3 people, the three-room type with or without mezzanine up to 6/8 people. The beach is about 900 meters away and is therefore easily reachable on foot, but those who want to be even more comfortable and go by car can do so without any problems as the apartment has a parking space 70 meters from the beach itself. Given its location, the apartment is also suitable as a starting point to view the entire east coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni.

Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon communication: € 20.00 per person.
Internet rental, after checking the signal, to be requested at the time of booking: 9.00 euros / day.
Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 9 pm): to be paid locally € 50; late check out (after 10.00 am): additional night's stay will be charged. Pets on request: € 50 per week.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 1.80 per person per day, for people over the age of 16, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Security deposit: € 200.00. The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal according to the collection table; the accommodation upon its return must be free from all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
