The property is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by a large green garden and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool to refresh you on sunny days. The house, with its simplicity, offers a cozy and comfortable environment. The spacious living room offers a practical fully equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing tasty dishes with local ingredients.  The house has a bedroom, a quiet retreat to rest after a day of exploration and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The bright bathroom offers all the necessary amenities for your stay. The area is renowned for its breathtaking beaches, and you’ll have the opportunity to explore trendy places such as Porto Cervo and San Teodoro, both within easy driving distance. City Tax: € 3,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
