New two-story apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. one on the ground floor and the suite with its own terrace with a spectacular view. They are 130 meters very spacious with large environments, a spacious living and dining room, modern kitchen with a view of the bay.
two private parking spaces located in a quiet residential area on a hill but only 300 meters from the beach.
The chosen location is because it is only 4 minutes from the main bay of Ciovo where you will find supermarkets, artisan fruit and vegetable markets, small bistros on the beach and bars that work all summer. Very enjoyable for the whole family.
The capacity in comfort is for 6 people but it has a sofa in the room that can rest one more person.
As for the location, it has the privilege of being 2 kilometers from the historic center and beautiful jewel TROGUIR which is ideal for walking its beautiful alleys and tasting the variety of gastronomic offer that they have without losing detail of the largest yachts and boats in the zone.
Just 8 km from Split airport and 18 km from the city, considered one of the most beautiful to my taste.

Great stay and location after a bit of an issue at the beginning

Overall, everything turned out well for our stay in Okrug Gornji. It's a great little area with lots of things to do and explore (Split, Trogir, the beach, boat rental for a day or two to see the islands, day trip to Krka National Park, etc). Car is a necessary but parking (even at the beach) is affordable and readily available. The house is at the top of a steep hill so walking to/from the beach can be challenging for those less mobile. Communication with Emanuel / Daniela were super helpful and they were both very responsive. The reduced rating on 'Accuracy of Listing' is primarily due to an issue we had with the water pressure in the evenings. It seems that the island's water system had a hard time handling all of the August tourist traffic coming home from the beach in the evenings. Many evenings we had no running water between 18:30 - 22:00. We managed around it with large bottles of water provided by Emanuel and doing things like wash / dishes / showers outside of this time slot. It was doable in then end but a bit of a surprise the first evening, especially with two small kids in tow. In the end, it was a good two weeks and would recommend but would caution guests about the water issue as it does require a bit of a workaround.
