"Mali" is a 3-room apartment of 55 m2 situated on the ground floor, offering a south-facing position that ensures generous natural light throughout the day. The apartment accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms along with 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged to provide a comfortable communal space and opens directly onto the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and includes an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. A roofed terrace of 35 m2 extends the living space outdoors, complete with terrace furniture and a beautiful view of the sea.
