Staff was very friendly! Rooms were very clean. The only issue we had was the A/C. It stayed very muggy and warm in our room. We told the front desk but nothing was done about it! But over all we had a great stay!

At check-in, we were informed that the pool was out of service. The clerk offered to cancel our reservation without penalty. Since it was a holiday weekend, canceling would have limited our options or required paying a higher rate. When I asked for a discount, she said none could be applied. No additional compensation was offered despite the $200 nightly rate.

We end up adding a night for a total of three nights . We never received housekeeping & had to keep requesting towels & empty our trash, and toilet paper. The pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was great. The Staff was friendly and professional.
