No courtesy at all, our crew was mistakenly booked for the next wk, but showed up the hotel didn't even try to work with them until they got me on the phone and I had to book a room, before I could try to get the error corrected. Beds had bedbugs, had to sleep in the truck, wound up coming home 2 days early, no refunds. We have more work in that town, but we won't be back there for sure.

You staff was kind and courteous. Check-in was fast and efficient. I accidentally ran into the oversized Emergency light in the hallway and the grill fell out. I did my best to replace it and hefore I left, I mentioned it to your morning desk clerk. I eould suggest that since your ceiling in the hallway are lower that nirmal, you might want to try to locate a more low orofile exit light so other

It was just ok.

Room and hallway smell like weed. We had to ask for an air purifier, which they had several on hand so this must happen a lot.The room was musty but clean. Breakfast was ok.
