The service at this hotel is beyond unacceptable. The hotel was very cold. WiFi didn’t work. I door pool space was freezing so u could use the pool. Had to change my room three times. They tried to charge my card for an additional charge in the middle of the night. Over all experience was horrible. Would recommend a rodent to stay here.

The staff was fine. The first room they had us in (327) had a broken mirror, cracked table and heavily trafficked carpet. Not to mention, no pillows. We found out one of the employees had been staying in it for about three weeks. The second room (147) was ice cold, smelled horrible of smoke, heavily trafficked carpet and the toilet was peeling and stained yellow. The shower curtain was falling out of the wall which flooded the bathroom when showering. The heating unit was causing a burning smell in the room so that was turned off. The best part was they had a list of approximately 100 names on it, visible to the public by the front desk marked as "DO NOT RENT" that was later confirmed to be a list of sex workers. Horrible horrible place BUT the staff was kind.

We had our room reserved for several days even if you or a week ahead and yet when we got there we got our room key cool but got to our room the door was wide open there was a brown stain on our comforter they didn't even have my son's bed ready and made up so we had to go down to the front desk more blankets which were unavailable I froze my self out the first night being there because of no sheets or blankets we're available only one towel for the shower the towel rack was broken will shower wreck sorry was broken so every time we took a shower the floor flooded walked around to see towels laying across the chairs for the locked closed pool and woke up the next morning the towels were gone but the chairs and everything were still sitting up right in the same position or even the one that people were jumping out of into the pool was still sitting on the side of the pool so knowing these little details and observations means that they are not cleanly at all and when they come around to your room to get your towels and washcloths they don't leave any towels and washcloths you have to go to the front I was told they were very understaffed and that is the reason why we have to go to the front to get towels and washcloths the hotel is not clean & organized the breakfast was very limited nothing compared to the pictures there is no hot tub that's exactly what was on the website we looked at the pool was cloudy&nasty looking the plants dieinggross shiny film chalk it to holiday

When I was dropped off I thought some sketchy business was going on. I quickly walk past and get to the counter to check-in. I wait a few seconds and it was one of the same persons from outside. The front desk ends up being nice and helpful.There were some missing ceiling tiles in the building. You could tell long ago it used to be a really nice establishment. The bathroom looks like it had been patched up a few times but it still needed attention. Breakfast is real limited.
