Air worked fine, saw a woman walking her dog so it's probably pet friendly. Room was okay for 80 degree temps. Some gaps at the bottom of the door might cause a problem in the winter. I killed 1 cockroach and 3 crickets over a two night stay.

Room was dirty. No hot water. Tub was unlevel & cracked. Light was broken in bathroom. Comforters had holes in them. Dining chair cushion was tore up & half gone. Bed was NOT comfortable. Bed squeaked all night. They were double beds & not queen as advertised. Hotel.com overcharged me for the room. Studio 6 rates were $49.99 per night. Hotel.com charged me $248 for 3 nights.They did give me $50 in one key cash. It doesn't make up for the rest of this crappy stay but they did try and make it right. Thank you hotel.com for trying.

Sink faucet sprayed water all over. Old food from previous occupant in microwave. Tub/shower so worn it could not even be considered clean. I was so horrified I chose not to shower. The manager knew about the sink problem yet he never warned me of it when I checked in nor did he apologize. Needless-to-say, I will choose alternative accommodations always in OK City.

Plenty of food options, nearby. I like that it had a kitchen with a small stove or microwave a table a sink refrigerator. The counter was broken. There was water marks down the cabinet. The table legs were disgusting. The shower faucet was held on by a plastic bag, the AC worked fine, but was held on my duct tape. They didn’t come in every day to freshen up the room. We do have to ask them had to ask for toilet paper when we needed some had to ask for fresh towels. The owners were nice.

Horrible Stay!

Bed makes loud noises on every turn, no hot water, roaches coming out of the walls, door was jammed & had trouble opening. Let front desk know. They said that we needed to run the water for an hour before we get in the shower. Water ran for 2 hours and still no warm or hot water.

The first night wasn't bad but after that the ice machine didn't work, we asked multiple times for clean linen for the beds with no help, there were roaches and issues with the hot water barrellt working

The floor in the kitchen is very slippery and dangerous. No pad under tile floor causes moisture to buildup on the floor. No water pressure in shower. And bathroom floor around toilet also stays wet. Not returning kitchen floor is dangerous.

The place was very quiet with exception of housekeeping banging on the door. Totally not necessary prior to 11am. The refrigerator didn't get cold. And the bathroom floor wasn't swept and mopped. Get it together please 🙏.

Terrible Front Desk Agent, Great Room

The room was great! No complaints with the room at all. The Hotel staff was absolutely terrible! I made the reservation for my brother who was traveling back home after losing our father to Lymphoma. I made sure to list his name as the guest and opted to pay for the room in advance to limit any issues for him at check-in. The woman who checked him in was rude and accused him of not pre-paying for the room. When he was walking away to go retrieve his phone from his car to show her the reservation and payment confirmation, she shoved paperwork at him to sign and gave him his room key. I know that she was not aware that he had already been traveling for 2 days prior to arriving to this location, but there was no courtesy or friendliness, no charm, just attitude and negativity. Do better! Remember that everyone is traveling for different reasons! It's not always a vacation or fun trip! Long hours of driving, sitting in the same position, looking at the same scenery for hours on end.. a simple smile and kindness goes a long way to the weary traveler who is already somber due to the reason for traveling. 04/15/2025 check-in at 9:52pm.. whoever you are, I want everyone to know what a crappy human you are.
