I booked my trip with hotels.com however, once I got to the hotel, I was told that they didn’t have the type of room that I reserved and paid an additional $40 for. Also, once arriving at the hotel, I was advised that both rooms that I reserve had an additional $100 deposit that was not advertise when booking. Once advising the receptionist of the inconvenience, she discounted it to $50 each. Before traveling to my destination, I called them to ensure that my room would still be reserved for me because I will be checking in hours later. I wish that I would’ve been advised that they didn’t have the specific room that I booked for upon calling before getting there because I might have switched the hotel. Also, the hotel was renovating many of the rooms so that made their inventory smaller. Overall, the room that I did stay in was nice, but this was a birthday trip for myself, so I was a little disappointed with the inconveniences.

Room was very nice snd clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Only big problem was very selfish guests who keep carts in their rooms. Hotels should find a way to keep track of the carts.

Honest review

At first when showing up, the parking lot is a little awkward but it is on a dead end street off Meridian and doesn't get much traffic which means its really quiet. Its a walking distance from many restaurants and a convenience store(Oncue Express). One Important takeaway; at night the parking lot is well lit and has cameras! In the lobby there is an area dedicated to their snack store. Once checked-in, an elevator that makes noise will take you up but nonetheless you will still get to your room. You make it to your room and its clean, has a full-size fridge, dishwasher , countertop stove with complimentary kitchen utensils and pots/pans, a dishwasher, a huge desk with drawers for your clothes, and a queen bed that's really comfortable to sleep on. I did notice a used plastic knife behind the nightstand but I can see how that could have been missed. It's a very clean facility with clean rooms. They also have a gym and an in-house laundromat. This is the place for you if you're looking for affordable, clean suites.

I was not happy with not being notified that the room I had originally book was no longer going to be made available to me. I found out prior to showing up to the hotel because I asked about an early check-in, that's when I was notified. I Further the cleanliness of the hotel is subpar and felt uncomfortable. The room had an awful smell coming out of the air conditioning unit. I will not stay here again and I don't recommend others to stay her either.

The room was clean and comfortable. The older lady at the front is very unwelcoming. Every inquiry was met with a cold and unfriendly reply. After a long drive to Oklahoma I needed to use the restroom and I asked if there was one down in the lobby and she lied and said no, there is not. There is a men's and women's restroom, that I discovered when getting the luggage cart just several feet away from the desk. As a business owner, there is no way someone as unhospitable as her would be employed at my front desk.
