The guy at the front desk- English was terrible and hard to understand, The elevator was out of order (out for the whole week we were there) and we were on the 3rd floor the gal with me had a knee replacement so stairs were very hard. They charged a deposit of $50.00 with card or $100.00 with cash. The room was old and in need of repair, rusty door hinges, hair dryer was sounding like ready to blow up, beds were said to be queens, but were full sized and very uncomfortable lumpy. Faucet in shower fell apart. And it showed in pictures hot breakfast, with waffle maker and hot server but all was cold breakfast, bagels, toast, muffins. The air conditioner was very noisy when running. I had to go to the desk 3 different times to get the keys to work on our entry door. The towels and washclothes were just set on the sink. Amenities were little to none. Will never go back.
