I travel a lot for work and I’m not very fussy about my accommodations. That being said, this was a terrible stay. We had no hot water for our shower despite numerous complaints it took a full 24 hours for maintenance to even look at it and another day for them to switch us to a different room. There were no lightbulbs in any of the lamps in either room. When we did switch rooms the was a musty odor radiating from the bed. I thought maybe it was the carpet but no. I woke up covered in bites on the third night. Decided to investigate and found BED BUGS. They refused to provide even a partial refund. Don’t stay here.
