This was a birthday trip for my son. It was walking distance from the Paycom Center & a few places that we wanted to visit. We had a great time and enjoyed our trip.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room carpet needed cleaning, and I asked for the soap dispensers to be refilled as they were empty and it never got done. Ice machine was not working which I reported and was told it would be fixed, but it was not in the four days we were there.

I paid for a suite and the room smelled musty, the furniture was old and worn, and we had to remove the lid on the toilet in the bathroom off the bedroom and jiggle the flush valve to get the water to refill the bowl after flushing. The floor of the bathtub also flexed when you showered like the flooring under it was not solid. In general the room felt outdated and in need of a deep cleaning.

We enjoyed our brief stay. The front desk and valet service were excellent. Due to our short trip that is all we used. The pillows helped us to sleep well. Truly enjoyed our bike taxi to the concert as well.

This hotel is a great place to stay in OKC, it's close to everything. The only complaint we had was the bar area not being open past 10, for a late gathering and the bartender closed the bar without notice.

Easily the worst service I've ever received from a hotel. There really wasn't a ball they didn't drop. Tiny towels and pillows. No extra towels or pillows available. Over half a hour for valet to retrieve our vehicle. Room was hot in the daytime and it was only 75 degrees outside. The staff didn't even attempt to find some extra pillows/towels on request. No breakfast in the morning. Not even complimentary coffee. They double booked my second room causing a family member to be walked in on by a stranger. This hotel is in the center of a major city and has the service of a rundown Motel 6 in the middle of nowhere. It wasn't dirty. That's about the only positive I can pull out from this place. If you have another option, do not stay here.

Fire alarm went off b because somebody set their mattress on fire during a domestic abuse. Cops were called fire department called. Whole ninth floor was flooded after about 5:00 a.m. deciding just to leave. There's no point in staying. No one that was at valet to get the car back. Took over 2 hours.

Pretty disappointed in the room cleanliness. Mold in the shower and bathroom ceiling. Broken hideaway bed. Broken sink in the kitchen bar. Visibly peeling wallpaper. Not worth the $200/ night that we paid.
