Is this place under construction?

Is this hotel under construction? The shower doesn’t work, there is no TV in the room because it’s just never bee replaced. I have had to have my keys reprogrammed six times in the last 24 hours.(know, you can’t put them by yourself Phone. I’m not.) there’s a laundry room that is all quarters in no way to get quarters to pay for it, the staff at the front desk is always out front, so if you need anything, you have to go locate her smoking and talking on her cell phone in the front of the building ( to do on multiple occasions because I’ve needed my keys redone) The hot tub is out of service. The pool area desperately needs to be cleaned as it looks like somebody had a major party there last night, and there is cigarette ash and trash everywhere. The advertisement says there’s lots of amenities that I haven’t yet found. I’ll be booking next-door next time.

Not as good as most quality inns

No room cleaning while there. Trash was under pull out couch when arrived. Breakfast was awful with very little options. No fresh fruit. Pool was entirely way too hot. Bed was uncomfortable (I was surprised at this as they usually are great). Key cards kept deactivating even though not around any devices. Had to reactivate at least 6 times in our 2 night stay. WiFi wouldn’t stay connected.

Consistent Quality

Very pleasant. Coming off as 8 hour drive, a clean room, warm shower and comfortable bed felt great. Factor in a cup of coffee (in my room) and great free breakfast next morning and we’re talking a successful stay.

The two people checking me in took at least 15 minutes with several calls to management as well. The room was hot upon arrival. I was told I cannot have a receipt upon check out because it was a third-party vendor. We have always obtained a receipt, no matter if we went through a third-party vendor or not. The woman at the desk was interrupting me throughout the entire conversation. The only good thing about this hotel was the very, very hot water and real eggs for breakfast.

beds not made. room trashed beer cans everywhere. They did give us a different room after I went and complained.

Couldn't understand the staff who added an arbitrary fee to our pre-paid room. Liquor bottles in the tank of the toilet prevented toilet from flushing. Bed linens were clean but the couch look iffy, pull out bed was horrible to sleep on. Breakfast was good enough.
